Diplomat sparkling wine was made by the traditional champagne method (second fermentation in a bottle) and aged on yeast for about 3 years. The scent is a beautiful champagne ripeness of fruit, the scent of brioche, apricot, apple, very complex, in taste mineral, creamy, lively, elegant, rounded with fine tiny pearls and a long finish.

Recommended with raw fish (sushi), oysters, white fish carpaccio, risotto, bruschettas.
