Description

Testament Plavac mali was obtained by selecting the best grapes grown in sunny, rocky locations in central Dalmatia. This wine is characterized by a deep ruby color and pronounced aromas of ripe dark berries, cherries, dried figs and Mediterranean herbs, with discreet spicy and mineral nuances. The palate is full, structured and balanced, with fine tannins and a long-lasting, warm finish.

This strong and elegant red wine clearly reflects the character of the Dalmatian terroir and the philosophy of the Testament winery – a combination of tradition, precise vinification and a modern approach. Testament Plavac mali is one of a very small number of wines of the Plavac variety immortalized with Decanter's gold, which this wine succeeded at Decanter 2025 for the 2018 harvest.
