MAde from the native plum variety, the premium selection is prepared from selected plums of an extraordinary birth year. Selected yeasts, fresh plums of the highest quality, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, and carefully guided distillation result in an aromatic distillate. The distillate gets its final body by complex aging, initially in new barrels, and then in traditional Slavonian oak brandy barrels.
