Today, the Pircher Distillery in South Tyrol enjoys a reputation as an outstanding producer of fine spirits and fruit liqueurs. More than 25,000 tons of fruit are distilled annually in the Pircher distillery. Despite the large quantity, the Pircher name guarantees a consistently high level of quality. The careful selection of raw materials, the extensive experience of the Pircher master distiller and one of the most advanced distillation plants in Europe have set the standards. Unlike the standard William wine, the Riserva was aged in oak barrels from which it collected the best. By aging, we got even more softness, a deepened aroma and notes of overripe pear.
