Pink sparkling wines are made from Pinot Noir, and Pinot Noir likes colder regions. Rose Brut from Šember is a delicate sparkling wine with floral and fruity notes. The aromas of aging on yeast are noticeably lighter than those in classic Brut sparkling wine.

It will go well with sweet dishes that do not have a lot of sugar; pana cota, tart, cakes with strawberries, strawberries with some good vinegar.
