St. Heels is a rosé made of Plavac Mali from the Dingač position. Heels is a complex rose in which aromas of strawberry, raspberry and fresh floral notes predominate. Like any good rosé, it should be drunk in the summer, well chilled and in good company!
It is drunk as a summer refreshment, it is great as an aperitif on its own. With food, it goes best with seafood risottos, especially shrimp.
