Ruby red wine with a bright purple sheen. The scent of ripe, fruity aromas of black currant and blueberry mixed with plum jam dominates the barely noticeable vanilla coming from oak barrels. The taste follows the nature of the scent. Tannins are ripe and nicely blended, mild acidity preserves freshness, and attractive spiciness completes the overall impression.
We recommend it with red meat and game dishes, steaks, mature cheeses, meat roasts and cured meat products.
