Old Pilot’s Gin – Barrel Aged Gin is award winning gin rested in first fill Croatian and American oak barrels. Botanical ratios are slightly changed but still used 6 Croatian handpicked botanicals from Mediterranean and continental part of Croatia. After distillation gin in rested in five different barrels. They differ by volume, type of oak, toasting/charring levels, preparation… Each giving its own signature and complexity to the final spirit.
