Description

Red dry wine from the selected vintage of grape varieties: Plavac Mali, Darnekuša, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot from the Stari Grad Plain, which is under UNESCO protection. The wine is produced using an assemblage technique with maceration and fermentation, followed by a minimum aging of 24 months in 500-liter barrels on fine lees. Before bottling, the wine ages for a minimum of 36 months, and it is oxidized at a temperature of 16-20 degrees Celsius.

Single vineyards, limited edition, UNESCO protected.

Gastronomic recommendation

We recommend serving it with mandatory decanting for at least 15-30 minutes, alongside the finest dishes made with red meat and game.
