Taita is one of Motes' Icons wines, a wine that Montes winemakers are rightly proud of. It is an extremely dense wine, almost opaque dark red in colour, with intense aromas of blueberries, blackberries, dark chocolate, thyme and black currant. Extremely rich, complex in the mouth, layered wine, warm, full-bodied and very long lasting. A wine that can age for a very long time
Drunk solely in good company, with dark chocolates, desserts, from the main dishes it can go with pašticada (slow-cooked beef prepared in a rich red sweet and sour sauce), or with dishes with a sufficient dose of sweetness in it.
