Grimalda black, a blend of Merlot, Teran and Cabarnet Sauvignon, very complex due to low yields, up to 1 kg of grapes per vine. Maceration and fermentation up to two weeks, then aging in French oak barrels for about 15 months. After aging in barrels, the wine is additionally aged in stainless steel and a bottle so that the aromas continue to combine. Exceptional wine, terroir wine, accentuated freshness and minerality, Bordeaux style, and very long durability in the mouth.
