Matošević Alba Riserva Malvazija comes from the vineyards of Western Istria, the position of Buja, grapes with a stronger structure from special locations. Malvasia is pre-processed, without maceration, fermented and aged on the lees in French troncais / allier oak barrels for 12 months, with occasional mixing of the lees until the end of winter. The stylistic elegance of the stainless steel Alba here gives way to the strength and layering of the Alba bq, and the varietal characteristics of Malvasia complement the standard oak-derived vanilla and caramel aromas.
Consume on its own, with grill, simpler white meat, fish, buzara.
