Castellblanc wine is a dry white wine with a crystal clear, lemon-yellow color, an extremely complex aroma, of citrus, green apple, tropical fruit, nuts, floral aromas, spicy oak aromas such as vanilla, milk caramel, lemon cake, sweet spices, in the mouth clean, dry, with medium acidity, creamy full body, mineral, intense and long-lasting fruity taste of citrus and fresh apple, lemon cream, vanilla and sweet spices.

Enjoy chilled at 10-12°C, with appetizers and white meat, fish or seafood dishes.
