The aromatized drink Traubi differs from classic aromatized wines by pairing Muscat Ottonela wines with the must of the Graševina variety without additives. Manual harvesting and rapid processing of grapes, followed by natural sedimentation of must, fine filtration, storage of must at low temperatures and fermentation of young wine in controlled conditions, completes the process of light carbonization. It is a uniquely flavored wine-based drink with a refreshing character, low alcohol and rich taste.
Serve with winter specialties of pumpkin, chestnuts, and traditional desserts with nuts, honey, apples, poppy seeds, or cream cheese.
