Deep purple colour. Intense aroma with lots of ripe black cherries, prunes and dark chocolate, which speaks in favor of the full ripeness of the grapes from which it is produced. A little smoke and a touch of oak to trim the complexity. Dry on the palate and moderately powerful body with a good tannin bite, expressive freshness and lots of dark fruit with a hint of jam. Slowly opens when consumed.
Grill, hard and soft cheeses and even blue fish due to well-balanced tannins, a wine that can accompany a wide range of dishes.
