Syrah from Korlat is a deep dark, red purple colour with strong and rich structure. The wine is intensely concentrated and spiced with aromas of ripe berries, such as blackberries and black raisins. Beautifully coordinated aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and discreet aroma of tobacco, which is partly an expression of aromatic potential, and partly the result of careful care and maturation of wine in oak barrels. The wine is full, warm, balanced, durable and mature for consuming.
It goes perfectly with soft cheeses, steak, lamb chops, grilled meat.
