Cabarnet Sauvignon from Korlat is characterized by a wealth of diverse aromas such as plums, blueberries, black currants and discreet spicy notes in the aromatic profile. The wine is full, harmonious, with concentrated aromas, slightly more pronounced freshness with plenty of mature tannins. With careful long-term care in oak barrels and a mild residue of unfermented sugar, it is an excellent wine for selected moments.
Ideal with venison, pašticada (slow-cooked beef prepared in a rich red sweet and sour sauce), steaks.
