Careful selection of the moment of harvest and healthy grapes contributed to the development of aromas of mowed grass with a hint of elderflower and vineyard peach. The reductive conditions of fermentation and storage of wine in stainless steel tanks preserve delicate aromas. The color of the wine is yellowish with a green reflection. Semi-dry, bordering on dry, with a residual sugar of 5.3g and is drunk while still young and fresh. The taste is lively with nice acids, quite a strong body that tolerates 13% alcohol very well.
