A light and lively wine. It has a nice and clear yellowish-green hue. Herbal notes such as dry hay are dominant in the smell, followed by plenty of citrus fruits with a slight hint of flowers. The taste is full and well- rounded. The acidity is lively and refreshing. The aftertaste is perhaps the most beautiful part of its taste. It is extremely fruity, with a certain delectability as a consequence of the taste harmony.
Veal or mushrooms with a more pronounced structure and aroma with pasta shreds in a sauce of pineapple juice, mint, white pepper, dill and butter with a few drops of olive oil and julienne peppers and grilled zucchini. With dishes with a fuller structure, higher and richer aromas, with side dishes in which the tendency of sweetness.
