Sparkling ruby colour with a taste of dried fruit (raspberries with currants and blackberries), caramel and medium alcohol. It has a nicely developed scent that comes to the fore with aging. The taste of this wine is extremely good, delicious in every sense of the word. Fruit dominates here as well, and the acids are beautifully balanced.
With stronger dishes, pate and meat delicacies.
