Café de Paris Hugo is light yellow in colour with an extremely clear light green tinge. It owes its scent to ripe and juicy fruit, and it is characterized by an exceptional aroma of lychee with notes of rose and jasmine. The taste of sweet and juicy lychee prevails, which turns into notes of wild strawberries and guimauve (a type of cookie marshmallow).
Serve chilled as an aperitif with a sprig of mint or as a substitute for dessert (low calorie).
