It is produced without added sugar or other additives. All ingredients used in production are from our own cultivation. Estrella Galicia is an independent family brewery with a tradition since 1906.
Estrella Galicia gluten-free lager beer is a light, golden beer that is obtained by applying an enzyme that breaks the chain of certain proteins, including gluten, during the production process.
In addition to this Estrella Galicia gluten-free beer, we also offer Estrella Galicia Especial light beer, Estrella Galicia non-alcoholic beer and the premium line 1906 Reserva Especial, 1906 Black Coupage, 1906 Red Vintage and 1906 Galician Irish Red Ale.
Cheese: Wide range. From semi-ripened to hard cheeses. Vegetables: Dishes cooked with garlic, tomatoes and vegetables form a good balance with this beer. Mushrooms: Estrella Galicia Special Lager enhances sweet/bitter/earthy flavors like mushrooms and some nuts. Fish: Cooked as a fish stew. Meat: Chicken and rabbit. The pairing will improve if it is baked in the oven, especially with aromatic and oily toppings.
