Traditional Istrian brandy produced on the basis of komovica brandy by six-monthly maceration of yellow mistletoe leaves harvested from an oak tree in the area of Istria.
It has a beautiful refined caramel color, it is clear and thick, and the smell is nice, pleasant and pronounced. The fragrance is dominated by a note of chestnut honey, followed by a note of cinnamon, a little clove and a note of anise.
The taste is semi-dry, elegant, warm, delicate and rounded.
